For those of you, who are new to my world, welcome! I honor you deeply for being here.

Thank you. 

My name is Stefanie, a.k.a. the creator of She.Wolf.

I''ve been chosen the mother of two, Tantra Master student, experienced psychiatric nurse, energy consultant, Women Wisdom Teacher, Mentor and space holder for women's circles. 

I gave birth to my company in november 2021 after carrying the seeds within me for a number of years. 

Before that time I battled depression, overcompensated and wasn't happy with my behavior in my day-to-day life. I felt burnt out, overworked, empty, and had no sense of fulfillment. There was no satisfaction in my life and I strongly undervalued myself...

I hit the same obstacles continuously.

It was as if something profound was missing. An emptiness around my heart. I felt that my life was just happening to me and that I wasn't really living it!

My whole being felt like it was crying,

yearning,

deeply longing for something…

I was oozing with unfulfilled desire! 

And gradually, through changing my diet to entirely plantbased, breathwork, meditation, embodiment practices, ancient tantra and an insatiable appetite for books, trainings and podcasts from truly inspirational women, I started to discover that I had sooooo much more to offer to this world than what I was bringing.

That I didn’t have to settle for what my life looked like at the time.

That, in fact, I had within me everything I could possibly need to create an amazing life.

A life in which I’m ecstatic about my job, in which I raise my children with much more patience and purity, in which I draw in the sacred union with my beloved...

A life in which there is so much more awareness in my relationships.

Basically just more peace, more joy, more pleasure, and more confidence in my days. 

Even when things get challenging. 

I had forgotten that as a woman I hold tremendous creational power...

I am deeply passionate about helping people in a way that is totally me. Through my vision and my experience. Outspoken, honest, unapologetic, untamed, open-minded.

Pure.

In creating She.Wolf I wanted to be me, all of me, and speak to YOU from that beautiful place. I wanted to live from my highest potential so that I could help other women do the same. I wanted to live from the heart, completely and utterly, and also work like that. I wanted to reconnect to my feminine power and teach you to do the same. 

That’s it!

That to me is what it means to be free.

And that's what it’s all about at She.Wolf. 

I have discovered through the years that my mission in life is to share wisdom.

Women wisdom.

I have only recently started calling myself a Women Wisdom Teacher, finally realizing that that is what I have always been. Deep down. Hidden underneath layers of unseen, and therefore unhealed trauma and loooots of ego ;-)

Now...

I am here to serve you.

I am here to hold space for you as I have held space for myself in order to heal, grow and blossom. 

In order to become the woman I want to be! 

I am so proud and honored that you are here and I can't wait for us to start our journey together! I can honestly tell you that my offerings will change your life, as they did mine.
