Ik vind het onvoorstelbaar dat wij als schitterende sterren onszelf zo klein maken. Soms zelf doorheen ons hele leven...

 

Ik leer vrouwen om ruimte in te nemen. Om hun hoofd hoog te houden, met rechte rug oogcontact te maken, en om rechtop te staan als een koningin. 

 

Waarom zouden we dat niet doen?? 

 

We moeten absoluut niets doen om dit te 'verdienen'. De ruimte is er. Het is er voor ons. Voor ons allemaal. 

 

Neem het gewoon. Het is van jou. 

 

Deze eenvoudige oefening over ruimte innemen zal veranderen hoe je jezelf in de wereld zet, én hoe de wereld naar jou kijkt. 

 

Doe jezelf, en iedereen om je heen, een plezier en shine!

 

Verberg je eigen licht niet. Doe dat niet.

I teach women to take up space, hold up their head, straighten their back, make eye contact, and stand tall.

 

Why would we not do this??

 

We don’t have to do anything to ‘deserve’ this. The space is there. It’s there for us. For all of us.

 

Just take it. It’s yours.

 

This simple exercise on taking up some more space will change how you place yourself in the world, ànd how the world perceives you.
